1. About Team of Life Changers

Team of Life Changers is an independent educational, informational, and team support resource operated for active Brand Partners connected to the Team of Life Changers organization.

Team of Life Changers is not owned, operated, managed, or controlled by LifeWave, Inc. Team of Life Changers does not speak for or act on behalf of LifeWave, Inc.

LifeWave, ChampionMakers, Skool, Telegram, Google, YouTube, Zoom, Squarespace, and any other companies or platforms referenced or linked through this website are separate entities and are responsible for their own products, services, policies, content, availability, and practices.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a member account, access the CRM, or use the member resources provided through this website.

Access is intended only for authorized active Brand Partners and other individuals specifically approved by Team of Life Changers.

3. Member Accounts and Access

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when creating your account
• Protecting your login information, email address, password, activation code, and CRM PIN
• Keeping your account secure
• Not allowing another person to use your account
• Immediately notifying Team of Life Changers if you believe your account has been accessed without permission

Membership access is personal and may not be transferred, sold, shared, reproduced, or distributed.

Team of Life Changers may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if an account is inactive, unauthorized, misused, shared with others, used unlawfully, or used in violation of these Terms.

4. Educational and Informational Purpose

The website and its resources are provided for general education, information, team organization, onboarding, communication, and business building support.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, health care advice, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, employment advice, or a guarantee of product, business, rank, income, or personal results.

You are responsible for evaluating all information and determining whether it is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

5. Compliance Responsibilities

All members are responsible for conducting their business honestly, ethically, professionally, and in compliance with:

• Current LifeWave policies and procedures
• Current LifeWave compliance requirements
• Applicable advertising and testimonial rules
• Social media and communication policies
• Privacy and data protection responsibilities
• Any other rules that apply to their activities as an independent Brand Partner

Members must not make false, misleading, exaggerated, unsubstantiated, or unauthorized product, health, medical, income, lifestyle, or business claims.

The presence of a script, video, statement, example, testimony, link, or training resource on this website does not authorize a member to use it in a manner that violates current company policies or applicable law.

Members should always verify that materials and statements remain current before using or sharing them.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or its resources to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Harass, threaten, mislead, pressure, or deceive another person
• Make unauthorized medical, health, treatment, cure, prevention, or income claims
• Misrepresent your relationship with Team of Life Changers or LifeWave

7. CRM Use and Member Data

The CRM is a basic organizational tool provided for convenience. It is not a medical record system, financial record system, legal case management system, or secure repository for highly sensitive information.

Do not enter:

• Social Security numbers
• Credit card or bank information
• Medical records or diagnoses
• Prescription information
• Government identification numbers
• Account passwords
• Other highly sensitive personal information

Contacts, notes, tasks, follow up information, and other CRM records may be stored locally in the browser or device you use. Team of Life Changers does not automatically receive or control the contact records you enter into the locally stored CRM.

You are responsible for obtaining information lawfully, protecting the privacy of your contacts, maintaining the security of your device, regularly exporting backups, removing information you no longer need, and complying with applicable privacy, messaging, and communication laws.

8. Backups

Members are strongly encouraged to use the available export and backup features regularly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining copies of information important to you. Team of Life Changers does not guarantee that CRM information can be recovered.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original website design, organization, written instructions, CRM structure, team resources, training materials, scripts, graphics, and original content created by Team of Life Changers are owned by or licensed to Team of Life Changers.

Authorized members receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use these resources for personal team education and lawful business building activities.

You may not reproduce, resell, rebrand, publish, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit Team of Life Changers materials without written permission.

Company names, product names, trademarks, videos, logos, and third party content remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Third Party Websites and Services

This website links to or integrates third party services, including LifeWave, ChampionMakers, Skool, Telegram, Google, YouTube, Zoom, Squarespace, calendars, forms, videos, documents, and other external resources.

Team of Life Changers does not control and is not responsible for third party content, privacy practices, security, account requirements, pricing, availability, accuracy, changes to links, service interruptions, or decisions made by third party providers.

Your use of a third party platform is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.

11. Availability and Changes

Team of Life Changers may add, remove, revise, suspend, or discontinue any page, resource, feature, link, training, account, or CRM function at any time.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error free, secure, compatible with every browser, or available on every device.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team of Life Changers makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, security, results, or noninfringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team of Life Changers and its administrators, leaders, contributors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of or inability to use the website, reliance on website content, business or product decisions, lost CRM records or backups, unauthorized access to a device or account, third party websites or services, lost income, profits, opportunities, contacts, or data, or member statements, conduct, or compliance violations.

14. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for your own actions and to indemnify and hold harmless Team of Life Changers and its administrators, leaders, contributors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website, business activities, communications or claims, handling of personal information, or violation of law or third party rights.

15. Free Access

Access to the Team of Life Changers website and CRM is currently provided without charge to approved members.

Free access does not create a permanent entitlement to continued access. Team of Life Changers may change, restrict, or discontinue access in the future.

If paid services are offered at a later date, separate pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be provided before payment is accepted.

16. Termination

Team of Life Changers may suspend or terminate access without advance notice when reasonably necessary to protect the website, the team, its members, its resources, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use protected member materials ends immediately.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the website will be handled in an appropriate court located in Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
