1. Information You Provide
We may receive information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, member account information, Brand Partner or team information, access level, account status, activation or reset information, messages, questions, support requests, information submitted through forms, and other information you choose to provide.
We use this information to manage membership access, provide support, communicate team information, maintain website security, and administer the website and CRM access system.
2. Member Account Information
Member sign up and login services may be processed through Squarespace or other service providers used to operate the website.
Those providers may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Team of Life Changers may maintain limited access management information through tools such as Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. This may include a member’s email address, name, account type, access status, activation information, reset information, access level, internal notes, and update history.
This information is used only for administering authorized website and CRM access.
3. CRM Information Stored on Your Device
The CRM may use browser or device storage to save the contacts, notes, tasks, follow up information, settings, and other records that you enter.
This information remains associated with the browser and device you use and is not automatically transmitted to or stored in a central Team of Life Changers contact database.
Team of Life Changers does not routinely view, retrieve, monitor, or control the locally stored contact records entered by members.
You are responsible for protecting your device, protecting your login and PIN, obtaining contact information lawfully, respecting the privacy of your contacts, using information only for proper purposes, creating regular backups, and deleting information you no longer need.
4. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the website, Squarespace and other technology providers may automatically collect limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, date and time of access, referring website, general usage and performance information, and cookie or session information.
This information may be used to operate the website, protect security, remember preferences, troubleshoot problems, and understand general website performance.
Team of Life Changers does not currently use Meta Pixel, advertising pixels, targeted advertising tools, or a separate Google Analytics account for marketing purposes.

Team of Life Changers is not responsible for how those third parties collect, use, store, or disclose information. Review the privacy policy of each service before providing personal information.
9. Data Retention
Team of Life Changers may retain member account and access management information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain active access, provide support, protect website security, maintain administrative records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Information stored locally in your CRM remains on your browser or device until you delete it, clear browser storage, reset the CRM, or lose access to that browser or device.
You may contact Team of Life Changers to request review, correction, or deletion of account information maintained directly by Team of Life Changers, subject to legal and administrative retention needs.
10. Data Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information under the control of Team of Life Changers.
However, no website, email, browser storage system, internet transmission, or third party platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your device, email account, passwords, PIN, downloads, and backups.
11. Children’s Privacy
The website and member resources are intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old.
Team of Life Changers does not knowingly provide member accounts or CRM access to children.
12. Your Choices
You may update certain account details, request assistance with your account, ask questions about information maintained by Team of Life Changers, manage browser cookies, clear local browser storage, export or delete your CRM information, stop using the website, or request account deactivation.
13. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy & Cookie Policy may be updated when website features, service providers, or legal requirements change.
